    Direction builds on the student’s assessment results with more detailed exploration of careers, subjects and study or training options.

    Students complete guided activities between sessions, giving them time to investigate ideas and develop their own thinking.

    • Support comparing subjects, qualifications or study options

    Students who are actively choosing subjects, comparing qualifications or trying to narrow down their career and study options.

  • Build a pathway from education into work.

    Thrive provides the most detailed level of support. It connects the student’s strengths and career interests with qualifications, training providers, experience and future employment opportunities.

    The programme also considers how the student can use university or training strategically, including work experience, extracurricular activities, internships and graduate recruitment.

    • Detailed career and pathway research
