We use their strengths profile to look for patterns, explore the types of work and environments that may suit them, and identify a broad range of career directions worth investigating.

Direction is for students who are ready to move from what could I do? to which options make the most sense for me?
It builds on Discover with guided research, another coaching conversation and a closer look at the student’s preferred career directions.
Students complete guided activities between sessions, giving them time to investigate ideas and develop their own thinking.

Thrive is for students who want to know not only what they could do, but how they could get there.
It takes the preferred career direction and builds a practical pathway around it — from qualifications and training through to experience, internships, graduate opportunities and future employers.

Ways to build useful experience
Internship, apprenticeship or graduate opportunities where relevant
Insight into graduate recruitment and employer selection if appropriate

Students who want a clear plan connecting their career direction with study, experience and future employment. Supports preparation and decisions about tertiary study, training or work.
